About Hyderabad  city and University of Hyderabad

About the city of Hyderabad and the weather:

The City of Pearls, as it is popularly called, Hyderabad is known for places of historical importance, museums, religious destinations, and delicious food.  It is the capital city of the Indian state of Telangana, and it is the fourth-most populous city in India.

It is well connected by air, train and road. The flight time is just about 2 hours 15 mts from Delhi. It is just an overnight train journey for major cities of tourist destinations like Goa, Pondicherry, Mysore and many more from Hyderabad. There are, of course, fabulous tourist places within the State, too, for those who are visiting Hyderabad for the first time.

Travelling to Hyderabad in late October and November can be memorable as it is considered the best time to visit Hyderabad. The temperature ranges from 17°C to 31°C during this time.
