Past Teaching Experience
Before joining the university as a professor, while he was in the Centre for DNA Fingerprinting and Diagnostics (CDFD), he participated in several teaching programs that included Bioinformatics and Computational Biology courses in and outside CDFD. In CDFD, as a part of mandatory bridge courses for fresh PhD students, he used to take basic as well as advance courses in Bioinformatics and Computational Biology covering biological sequence analysis, biomolecular structural analysis, and biological networks and their analysis.
He also worked as a guest faculty for the following universities:
(a) Osmania University, Hyderabad - He used to teach two complete papers for the students of Post-graduate diploma in Bioinformatics and computational structural biology.
(b) University of Hyderabad (before joining this university)- He used to teach the Bioinformatics course (3 +2 credits) for the students of M.Tech. (Bioinformatics)
(c) Acharya N.G.Ranga Agricultural Univeristy, Hyderabad - He used to take a course on Bioinformatics for the students of M.Sc.(Agricultural Biotechnology).
