Every academic member of the university is required by the University policy to have an Academic Digital Portfolio ADP. Human Resources and Quality Assurance offices supervise each academic's representation. The DOIS will ensure that our academics have adequate assistance and technical guidelines to best exhibit their professional abilities. Please email portfolios@uod.ac with your university email address to have access to a special ADP developed for you. We frequently have seminars in which you may bring your laptop and learn how to maintain your ADP, or you can just email us your queries.

 ADP KNOW-HOW SUPPORT

DOIS is prepared for the University of Duhok digital transformation strategy, and we are here to help our academic community overcome obstacles and ensure a seamless implementation. DOIS Digital Portfolio Specialist is here to help. Nevertheless, the University requests that every academic member develop their full Academic Digital Portfolio, which is built on the Google Sites platform. DOIS has already produced a fully working template that will be provided to our Academic members who contact portfolios@uod.ac.uk using their official university email address. We invite everyone to go over the template and become acquainted with the topics, as well as look at examples from peers.
