Teaching and Research

My passion for dentistry extends beyond clinical practice. Sharing my knowledge and igniting a love for learning in students brings me immense satisfaction. Here's a look at my teaching and research experience:

• Teaching:

  • Joined the faculty of the College of Dentistry, University of Duhok, in 2007.

  • Held various positions, including Lecturer (2007-present), Head of Conservative Department (2013-2016), and currently serving as Dean (2015-present).

  • My teaching portfolio encompasses a broad range of dental disciplines, including Endodontics, Conservative Dentistry, Conservative Pedodontics, and Research Methodology.

  • I firmly believe in fostering a dynamic learning environment that encourages active participation, critical thinking, and lifelong learning.

• Research:

  • My research interests lie in advancements within conservative dentistry and endodontic materials and techniques.

  • I actively participate in research projects, constantly seeking to push the boundaries of the field.

  • I've authored and co-authored numerous articles in prestigious dental journals and presented my research findings at international conferences.

Professional Experience

• Member of the Kurdistan Regional Dental Association (KRDA): Actively involved in shaping dental policies and promoting continuing education for dentists in the Kurdistan Region.

• Reviewer for several international dental journals: This experience keeps me abreast of the latest research trends and allows me to contribute to the advancement of dental knowledge.
