Will the Online course clearance system be part of already existing platforms?
At the moment the Online course clearance system will be a stand alone platform, until the time the University will see it fit to be part of the already existing platforms, like Student information system
Why is the library and other clearances that are done at the end of each academic year not included, for example the Library?
Why is the library and other clearances that are done at the end of each academic year not included, for example the Library?
The clearance process is mostly difficult to deal with on the part of the leactuerers and students, this is because at the time the clearance process starts, lecturers still have exams to invigilate, and some students still have ongoing exams, unlike the librarians who are always available in the library so it's easy to go to to the library and do the clearing
