Reservations made within 1 month of your arrival date require full settlement of your accommodation costs.
Reservations made more than 1 month in advance require a 70% deposit.
9 on Drommedaris does not accept any cheques or cash as payment.
All accounts are to be settled before arrival.
The invoice amount is for the full accommodation costs as per the reservation platform price quoted.
Only one reminder will be sent to confirm payment, thereafter reservations that did not adhere to the above-mentioned terms & conditions will be canceled.

The Owners/Management of 9 on Drommedaris are not liable or do not accept any responsibility for any lost, stolen, or damage done to any guest’s property.
Any damage to the property or its content should be reported immediately upon arrival to the Owners/ Management. Failing to do so, guests will be held liable for any damage to the property or its content.
Nothing other than toilet paper may be flushed down any toilet on the premises. Charges will occur for any blockage.
Smoking is not permitted in any of the rooms inside common/shared areas or in front of any open door or window. Dedicated smoking areas are available.
The front passenger gate at the entrance should always be closed and locked.
Both motor gates are fitted with a motion sensor, ensuring therefore that the gate closes properly when entering or departing from the property.
All outside / patio doors (front, kitchen, dining room & security gates) should be locked, when not in use, during the day and especially at night
Unauthorized persons/visitors are not allowed on the premises.
Only guests whose names appear on the booking form will be permitted on the premises. Any unauthorized persons who were not originally booked and paid for will be fined at a premium rate of R520 per person.
Our guests’ safety is our top priority, and should you not comply with these rules, guests will be expected to settle the FULL account and leave the premises immediately.
Out of respect for neighbors, noise levels should be kept to a minimum. This will be closely monitored by Management.

Should any problems occur, guests will be expected to settle the FULL account and leave the premises immediately.
No show or cancellation on the day of arrival: 100% of the total booking
The guest can cancel free of charge until 30 days before arrival (20% handling fee applicable) – a refund will be actioned within 48 hours of cancellation.
All reservations and cancellations are to be in writing or emailed to reservations@unravelafrica.com (Only cancellations via e-mail will be accepted)
All deposits and payments refunded are subject to a 20% handling fee.
Cancellation fees apply irrespective of whether the required deposits have been paid.
Deposits & payments are not refundable if cancellation occurs within 30 days of the reserved arrival date.
The guest will be charged the total price if they cancel in the 30 days before arrival.
Final Payment will be required 30 days before arrival.
In the event of a premature departure the full extent of the stay, as originally booked and confirmed, will be charged.
We strongly recommend that all clients be insured against possible cancellation, medical expenses, personal accident, loss, or theft of personal belongings, etc.
