LOADSHEDDING
As you may be aware, load shedding is a practice employed in many regions, including ours, to manage electricity consumption during times of high demand or shortages in the power supply. While we strive to provide an uninterrupted and pleasant experience for our guests, occasionally, we might encounter scheduled or unscheduled power outages due to this necessity. We understand that these disruptions can be inconvenient and, at times, affect your plans or comfort.
Our Team is committed to minimizing as much inconvenience as possible but we do ask that you assist us by planning accordingly (the load-shedding schedule is available on various applications or visiting https://loadshedding.eskom.co.za/ for more information. It is a challenge that affects us all in some way. We have inverters to keep the internet on during this time and some battery-powered lights are positioned around the house for lights at night time. In the event that the motorgate does not work, please ask assistance from the management team as the gates can be switched to manual mode in this case.

If you leave your towels on the hook behind the bathroom/bedroom door, you are happy to re-use them.
TOILET
Please do not flush anything other than a minimum amount of toilet paper down the toilet. All other items should be placed in the Bathroom bin. Charges will occur for any blockage.
SHOWERS
