Goals and Objectives

• Students will participate in Project Based Learning.

• Students will gain knowledge in JAGNebraska Core Competencies: Basic, Leadership, Self-Development, Job Survival, and Personal Skills.

• Through the Career Association students will develop a “Plan of Work”: Leadership Development, Civic Awareness, and Career Development.

• Explore and assess student experiences with team formation and participation.

• Explore and assess their experiences, values, and strengths through online personality test assessments.

• Students will learn skills in Public Speaking and Campaigning.
