Rise To The Challenge

Welcome to Rise to the Challenge

We are excited for this inaugural year. Rise To the Challenge will welcome four to five students who are interested in obtaining a degree in Graduate level studies at UNLV. With the success of this program, we hope to someday branch out to Professional degree seeking programs at UNLV and to other Institutions of Higher Education.

Starting in the 2021 Spring Semester, current students at UNLV will be allowed to apply for our program. To make this journey possible, if accepted, students will have access to the following services:

Assistance with the Graduate level application process to include: financial assistance, resume/CV development, Personal Statement development, and more.
Access to an assigned mentor.
Students accepted into the program will also automatically receive acceptance into the UNLV Grad Rebel Advantage Program after completing the application process.

While gaining acceptance into a graduate-level program is the core objective, Rise To The Challenge is so much more. We hope to increase the representation of all ethnic backgrounds, build community connections, and help make our students the highest potential candidates for their program of choice.
