ADHD can be categorized into two different types:
inattentiveness (hard time concentrating or focusing)
hyperactivity and impulsiveness
Though many diagnosed with ADHD show symptoms of both, that is not always the case. About 20-30% of people only show signs problems focusing or concentrating with no signs of hyperactivity (also known as ADD).

Although not always the case, some may have signs of other conditions alongside ADHD, such as:
Anxiety disorder
Depression
Bipolar Disorder
Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD)
Dyslexia

For children, exercise and physical activity is beneficial in order to get their energy out early in the day and improve quality of sleep.
For adults, exercise is beneficial in order to let off steam and stress to be or feel more productive in your day.

Overestimate how long each task will take
