A: All notes are consistently accurate with at most 1-2 mistakes with note accuracy.

B: 3-6 note mistakes are made during this performance assessment.

C: 7-9 note mistakes are made during this performance assessment.

D: 10-13 note mistakes are made during this performance assessment.

F: 14+ note mistakes are made or the student gave no effort to perform the entirety of the test.

Pitch

A: All pitches are consistently accurate with at most 1-2 mistakes with note accuracy.

B: 3-6 pitch mistakes are made during this performance assessment.

C: 7-9 pitch mistakes are made during this performance assessment.

D: 10-13 pitch mistakes are made during this performance assessment.

F: 14+ pitch mistakes are made or the student gave no effort to perform the entirety of the test.

Expression and Style

A: All expressive markings are demonstrated with at most 1-2 mistakes with expression, dynamics, articulation, etc.

B: 3-6 expression and dynamic mistakes are made during this performance assessment.

C: 7-9 expression and dynamic mistakes are made during this performance assessment.

D: 10-13 expression and dynamic mistakes are made during this performance assessment.

F; Student did not demonstrate knowing any expressive qualities and markings for their test. They will have the opportunity to do a re-take to get a better grade up to a B.
