Prepare for your interview by researching the company. Know their mission, vision, and values.
Demonstrate your professionalism by arriving a little early (5 - 10 minutes) and by dressing for success.
Practice your elevator speech. This is a great way to answer "Tell me about yourself."
Ask great interview questions. It's appropriate to bring a notebook with a few thoughts written down. Researching the company and position before your interview can help you ask the most relevant questions.

Utilize Adobe to complete the Internship Project Proposal.
Be proactive and complete the fields you already know.
Schedule a meeting with your internship supervisor (preceptor) to discuss the answers you don't know. Utilize your own words to complete the form.
Submit your signed Internship Project Proposal below. Learn more about accepted signatures.
