February 1 – 28: Student abstract submission portal is open

March 22: Virtual presentations due (prerecorded video format submission)

March 23: Faculty Judge Sign-Up closes

March 26: Judges and students are notified of their presentation sessions

March 28: In-person poster PDFs due to GPSA for complimentary printing by 5:00 PM

March 28 – 31: Judging of virtual podium and poster submissions; all score cards should be submitted by 5:00 PM on March 31st

March 31: Deadline for presenters to drop off posters to LLB 2141 by 8:00 PM (if not submitted to GPSA for printing)

April 2: In-person Research Forum, poster presentations in SU Ballroom and Awards Ceremony
