Internship Requirements

The below requirements must be met to apply for an internship.
The below requirements must be met to apply for an internship.
Established CRJ major or minor
Junior standing (or above)
UNLV GPA of 2.75
Transfer students must wait one semester after UNLV enrollment to apply for an internship.
Completion of CRJ 104, 270, and 301
If you are currently enrolled in 301, you are eligible to apply.
NOTE: You cannot do your internship at a location where you are employed.
If you meet these requirements, fill out the interest form!
CRJ 491 can be taken for 3 or 6 credits
3 credits requires 8-10 hours/week for a total of 120 hours
6 credits requires 16-20 hours/week for a total of 240 hours
You cannot complete more than 6 credits towards CRJ 491.
