Venezia Santa Lucia, Venezia, VE to Ca' Foscari - Ca' Dolfin - Google Maps.pdf

N. B. Venice is a nice place where you have to walk (along with many, many tourists).  There are three bridges along the way from the train station to Ca' Dolfin. One large and two medium-small.

If you are going to carry your luggage with you, make sure you have an ample amount of time to get from the train station to Ca' Dolfin, the conference venue on Friday.

Public transport in Venice is by water (by vaporetto), the vaporetto one-way ticket costs 9 euros. The closest stop is San Tomà. Lines 1 or 2 from Ferrovia (train station) direction San Marco - the landing stage is located immediately outside the train station Venezia Santa Lucia.
