Recipient of Awards 

1.  Felicitations - Trailblazing Women Leaders awards for Head of the Department in International Women's Day Celebration 12th March 2025 at Hoover Auditorium, Faculty of Medicine, University of Jaffna. 

2. Awarded University Research Grant 2021 (URG Ref. No. – URG/2021/SEIT/27) by the URG, University of Jaffna - Co-investigator

3. Award of Scholarships for PhD by Research Degrees under HETC Project, Ministry of Higher Education (2012), Sri Lanka (Ref. No. JFN/Sidda/N1).

4. SFE – Best oral presentation award (Third) for the best oral presentation in the 1st International Congress of the Society for Ethnopharmacology (ICSE 2014), Sri Ramachandra University, Porur, Chennai, India, March 2014.

5. 'வடஜோதி' விருது 2019 - இலங்கை நாட்டில் வடபுல மண்ணில் கலை, பண்பாடு, கலாச்சாரம், விளையாட்டு மற்றும் சமூக வளர்ச்சிக்காகவும் இனம், மொழி, சமயபேதம் கடந்து வடமாகாண ரீதியாக சேவையாற்றிவரும் மக்கள் நலன் பேணும் துறைசார் சாதனைப் பெண்களின் சேவையை மதிப்பளிக்கும் முகமாக 22.06.2019 அன்று தெல்லிப்பளை இராஜேஸ்வரி திருமண மண்டபத்தில் இடம்பெற்ற பெண்கள் கௌரவிப்பு விழாவின் போது சித்தமருத்துவத்துறையை பாராட்டி யாழ் உடுவில் குபேரகா கலைமன்றத்தால் வழங்கப்பட்டது.    

6. சமூகஜோதி' விருது - 22.02.2020 அன்று குபேரகா கலைமன்ற வளாகத்தில் இடம்பெற்ற மகாசிவராத்திரி 2020 கலைவிழாவின் போது சமூக சேவையைப் பாராட்டி யாழ் உடுவில் குபேரகா கலைமன்றத்தால் வழங்கப்பட்டது.
