Degree Certificate

OBTAINING DEGREE CERTIFICATE

• The Degree Certificates will be distributed at the Students' Admission Branch.

• Students may collect the Degree Certificate after the Convocation Ceremony.

• Students should bring a receipt confirming the return of the Cloak and Student Identity Card.

• No duplicate will be issued for the loss of Degree Certificate. However, with acceptable reasons only the Registrar's certificate of the Degree will be distributed.

• Students have to pay Rs.100.00 for the Registrar's Certification.

• The payment for the Registrar Certificate may be paid at the university Shroff counter. Opening hours of the Shroff counter is 9.00 am to 3.00 pm of every week days. (Counter may be closed for lunch from 12.30 to 1.30 pm) or Credited to the Peoples Bank Account Number 162-1-001-6-0000880 of Bursar, University of Jaffna.
