Kajenthiran is a Lecturer (Probationary) in Marketing, Faculty of Management Studies, and Commerce at the University of Jaffna since March 2018. He is a young passionate and growing researcher. His research focuses on Corporate Social Responsibility, Retail service quality, and Consumer Behavioral Studies. He has published his research works in accredited international conferences like ANZMAC (Australian & New Zealand Marketing Academic Conference). Moreover, his research findings have been published in various management related journals locally as well as globally, which were indexed in Excellence in Research for Australia (ERA), American Sociological Association, EBSCOhost, Pro Quest, Ulrich’s, etc.
