Professor Kamel BADDARI, a distinguished Professor Emeritus, is one of Algeria’s leading experts in seismology. The author of numerous international scientific articles, books, and technical brochures, he has played a pivotal role in advancing geophysics in Algeria.

Prof. BADDARI has held key academic leadership positions, serving as Rector of both Bouira University and M’Sila University. Since September 2022, he has been at the helm of Algeria’s higher education sector, guiding its strategic development.
