Abstract Submission & PUBLICATION

▪Categories: Abstracts should be submitted under one of the designated categories listed for the conference.

▪   Language: Abstracts must be submitted in English.

▪ Template: Use the provided Word template for abstract submission. Abstracts must be uploaded in Word format.

▪   Page Size: The file must be cropped to fit an A4 page size (297mm x 210mm) and should not exceed one page.

▪   Font and Style: Follow the font size and style guidelines provided in the template.

▪   Submission Method: Only abstracts submitted via the online submission portal will be accepted.

▪   Deadline: Ensure the abstract is submitted before the deadline.

▪   File Size: The abstract file must not exceed 5MB in size.

▪   Registration: Conference registration is mandatory for all accepted presenters.

Please follow these guidelines carefully to ensure your abstract is considered for the conference.

Presentations in the symposium

After acceptance, the scientific committee will determine whether your work will be presented as an oral presentation or a poster.

Oral Presentations

Oral presentations consist of a 10 min talk followed by 3 min of discussion. 2 minutes will be reserved to allow a smooth change between successive speakers.

Poster Presentations

Size: The poster must be of size A0 (841mm x 1189mm). The orientation of your poster must be portrait. Bigger posters or posters in landscape format cannot be mounted. Please bring your poster printed, as it is not possible to print it locally.
