When a student is absent, he/she will have the same amount of days of being gone to make up the work. All daily work is posted on google classroom. If a student is taking a vacation, they are responsible for having ALL makeup work completed on the day they return.

Students are expected to read and acquire 14 AR points each quarter. This counts as a 50 point assignment. They will have time in class to read daily. We also read a new novel per quarter to support reaching the goal.

I do not assign 'traditional' homework, however, if students do not get an assignment finished in class, they are expected to complete it at home. Students are held responsible for having homework finished on time. Please see the student handbook in your child's planner to review our school policy on late/missing work.
