Evolution
Also known as the Budorcas taxicolor. The goat/antelope branch of the Takin evolved in the Old World beginning around 4 million years ago. And evolved in Asia. Even though the Takin is closely related to the sheep, they do not share a common ancestor. Genetic variability is in Takin is less than any other mammal.
