Programme and Activities
The RETEL Jean Monnet Module is scheduled to offer the following activities:
Initial conference, Reshaping Education for Tomorrow's European Lawyers, 6 hours: Module launch event, conceived as a conference in which the salient aspects of the project will be illustrated (Year 1)
Participatory lab, Which contents and methods for a truly European legal education?, 18 hours: Moment of participatory planning in which, involving students, we discuss what competences the EU jurist should have and with what methods this preparation can be achieved (Year 1)
Experiential course, Entrepreneurship and Innovation Law Lab, 40 hours: Course aimed at preparing the future European digital jurist on blockchain, platforms, tokens, and artificial intelligence (Years 1, 2, 3)
Open seminars, The open seminars on technological innovation. Are you smart enough to keep up with?, 6 hours: Seminars on data protection, blockchain ecosystems, legal tech, automation and management, smart contracts, and cryptos (Years 1, 2, 3)
Summer school, International workshop on technological innovation and educational journey, 72 hours: A summer school intended for Ph.D. students to present their research on technological innovation (Years 2, 3)
International Final conference, International symposium on the legal management of technological innovation, 6 hours: Comparative conference on regulation of blockchain, smart contracts, and cryptocurrencies (Year 3)
