JM Module RETEL focuses on developing both contents and teaching methodologies for the future of a truly European legal education. The recipients of the initiatives carried out by the Module are intended to successfully carry their competence for ever-increasing technological environment developing in the European internal market. In particular, given the challenges the EU is facing because of the rise of increasingly competitive technological environments, it is fundamental to train professionals, experts, and citizens on affordable, high-quality, innovative solutions. Europe is at the forefront of blockchain and technological innovation, although much work has to be done in the forthcoming years to remove the obstacles to entrepreneurial initiatives.

JM Module RETEL’s core mission is to promote a truly European legal education to target the challenges posed by the rise of technology to the European legal profession. It promotes a constructive synergy between knowledge, skills, and creativity, showing participants, how to promote, monitor, and assess creativity and innovative capacity. The Project focuses on the latest developments in European law and policy concerning the digital economy and the effects on legal education in general and other fields. In conclusion, the Project aims at better preparing students in law, economics, and social sciences for a future in a more integrated and digital Europe.
