Our Welcome Party will take place at Esperìa Torino, a historic rowing club along the River Po, offering a relaxed riverside atmosphere away from the formal congress setting. Over an Italian aperitif, you’ll have the chance to meet fellow participants, reconnect with colleagues and start new conversations in an informal and friendly environment.

No speeches, no pressure — just good vibes, great people and an easy way to feel part of the community from the very first evening.

GALA DINNER

MUSEO NAZIONALE DEL CINEMA - SALA DEL TEMPIO

An evening to share, connect and experience Torino from a unique perspective  

The social dinner will take place in the evocative Sala del Tempio at the National Cinema Museum, located inside the iconic Mole Antonelliana. This unique venue will host an informal yet memorable evening, designed to encourage networking and conversations beyond the scientific sessions. 

Guests will have access to the Mole Antonelliana from 19:00 to 23:00, while dinner will begin at approximately 20:00. Throughout the evening, participants will also have the opportunity to visit the museum exhibitions and enjoy the panoramic terrace via the scenic glass elevator, offering a spectacular view over Torino.

To allow all attendees to experience the panoramic lift, access will be organized in small groups during the evening. The elevator has a maximum capacity of 9 people, and each ascent/descent takes approximately one minute. As the conference expects around 150 participants, further organizational details will be provided on site.

The dinner will be served as a standing buffet/cocktail-style reception, fostering a dynamic and interactive atmosphere among participants.
