All oral presentations must be prepared in English and submitted in either .pptx or .pdf format. We strongly recommend bringing both versions as a backup in case of technical issues.
Speakers are kindly requested to bring their presentation on a personal USB drive. The use of personal laptops during the sessions is discouraged in order to ensure smooth transitions between talks.
Presentations should be uploaded no later than the coffee break and/or lunch break preceding the scheduled session. Conference staff members, identifiable by their conference t-shirts, will be available to assist with the upload process.
Please make sure to upload your presentation in the correct lecture room.
Posters must be prepared in portrait (vertical) orientation.
Poster boards measure 2.0 m in height and 1.0 m in width. Therefore, posters can be printed up to a maximum size of 100 cm × 200 cm. The recommended standard format is A0 vertical (84.1 × 118.9 cm).
As indicated in the scientific programme, there will be two dedicated poster sessions. Participants are kindly asked to mount their posters early in the morning and remove them at the end of the same day.
A Best Poster Prize will be awarded for the best poster and its presentation during the poster session. Participants are therefore encouraged not only to prepare a clear and visually effective poster, but also to be present during the session to discuss their work with attendees and the evaluation committee.
