HOW TO REACH TRENTO
BY CAR
Trento can be reached via the A22 Brennero-Modena motorway and there are two motorway exits: Trento Sud and Trento Nord.
The motorway exit Trento Centro is open for entry only.
The historic centre of Trento is a restricted traffic zone and is only accessible to authorised vehicles.

BY BUS
Trento is connected to all localities in the province by a regular bus service. A direct multi-weekly connection between Trento and some European cities is also available with Flixbus company.
BY TRAIN
Trento's railway station is close to the city centre and the conference venue. Trento is served by long-distance and regional trains operated by Trenitalia, Italo and DB-ÖBB.

Nearby airports:
Verona, “Valerio Catullo” Airport - 95 km from Trento
This is the closest airport to the city of Trento. It is connected to the railway station of Verona Porta Nuova by a bus service.
Venice, ‘Marco Polo’ Airport - 220 km from Trento
It offers more than a thousand weekly connections with all the main Italian, European and non-European cities.
Bergamo-Orio al Serio, “Caravaggio” Airport - 180 km from Trento
It is the main Italian airport for low-cost companies.
Also worth mentioning are the airports of Treviso A. Canova (135 km), Bologna G. Marconi (220 km), Milan Linate (220 km) and Milan Malpensa (265 km).

Buonconsiglio Castle
A perfectly preserved fortress in the heart of the historic centre. Once the seat of the prince-bishops, lords of the city, it is now home to museums and temporary exhibitions.
MUSE - Science Museum
An innovative design by archistar Renzo Piano, a tropical waterfall inside and many engaging and innovative workshops. The Muse is one of the most important natural science museums in Europe.
Cable car to Sardagna
Just behind Trento's railway station is a cable car to the hamlet of Sardagna, from where you can enjoy a fantastic view of the city.
The Orrido of Ponte Alto
Just take a bus from the bus station to reach in a quarter of an hour the Orrido di Ponte Alto, an astonishing canyon in the rock carved by the Fersina torrent.
