🍾 Welcome Aperitif - Castello del Buonconsiglio (Thursday, Feb 26)

The Welcome Reception will take place at the Castello del Buonconsiglio, one of Trento’s most significant historical sites. A welcome drink will be offered, following a selection of Trentino-style appetizers.
The event also includes a guided tour of the castle, giving participants the opportunity to explore its architecture, artworks, and unique atmosphere.

🍽️ Optional Dinner – Osteria San Rocco (Friday, Feb 27)

In addition to the Social Dinner (Saturday, Feb 28), an optional dinner will take place at Osteria San Rocco in Sardagna, a hillside village overlooking Trento and known for its panoramic views of the valley.
The evening features a curated selection of traditional Trentino dishes, accompanied by regional wines. 

The event also includes a walk to the terrace overlooking Trento and Trentino valley.

🍽️ Social Dinner – Grand Hotel Trento (Saturday, Feb 28)

The Social Dinner will be held at the Grand Hotel Trento, featuring a menu inspired by Trentino culinary tradition. The evening will open with a welcome aperitif including regional appetizers and local sparkling wine. The dinner menu features traditional dishes from the region, accompanied by local wines.
