Abstract submissions for proposed posters are possible via the link below. By default, all abstract submissions are for posters. The Scientific Committee will review submitted abstracts and select up to 9 for oral contributions (15'+5 Q&A). When submitting your abstract, please indicate whether you would like your proposal evaluated for an upgrade to a contributed talk.

Abstract submission for oral contribution is closed.

Due to the large number of applications received, the notification of acceptance has been postponed to Monday, April the 14th, 2025. Applicants will receive an email with the assessment of their submission from the scientific committee. The email will include the registration link for accepted contributions.

Registration to BeyondQubit is closed

The registration fee is 305€. This includes lunches, coffee breaks, social dinner, and a guided tour of the Castello del Buonconsiglio.
