Our PURPOSE
Uniteee has a purpose to address youth violence in high-risk areas through the implementation and assessment of comprehensive prevention strategies based on evidence-based practices. Our main goal is to offer direct support to young people and community members who are disproportionately impacted by various types of violence, including group-related violence that results in homicides, shootings, police violence, and aggravated assaults.
Our efforts are concentrated on providing mentorship services to high-risk youths assigned to alternative programs by judicial order. Our initiatives aim to empower these youths by promoting self-responsibility in their immediate surroundings. We are dedicated to assisting them in understanding the repercussions of their behavior at school, within the community, and at home.
The triple 'E' in UNITEEE symbolizes our dedication to the educational goals, personal development, and excellence of each individual. We are committed to helping individuals surmount personal obstacles, even in the face of victimization.

The Challenges in Our Society...
One of the most pressing issues facing our society and its systems is the diminishing of our empathetic capacities, overtaken by a relentless quest for what is often deemed the root of all evil. Amidst this quest, aspirations for fame and grandeur have prominently infiltrated the daily lives of many individuals who are missing the motivation to advance in significant ways.
Tragically, our youth are ensnared in an unyielding cycle of violence, which has alarmingly become systematic. This violence has so deeply infiltrated our communities that we inadvertently find ourselves excusing the conduct we observe from certain law enforcement members. It is crucial that we endeavor to recapture a sense of empathy and cultivate a culture of respect, as these are the cornerstones for empowering our youth and enhancing their self-identity.
Against this backdrop of challenges, Uniteee emerges as a pillar of hope, dedicated to offering aid and motivation to those who require it. We are convinced that by nurturing a supportive and comprehending environment, we can rekindle the dimming sparks of hope in the hearts of those who may have lost sight of their capabilities. Our History...
UNITEEE was born during a pivotal time in its founder's life, who suffered 17 years of wrongful imprisonment for a crime he did not commit. Motivated by this ordeal, our organization became a symbol of hope, committed to positively impacting others' lives.
Over the years, our mentors and advocates have worked with over 500 youths across 10 schools in Los Angeles, San Bernardino, Riverside, and Orange Counties. Our broad engagement has enabled us to profoundly affect many lives, building significant relationships and encouraging individual development.
After his release, our founder, Mister Woods, began a mission to give back to the community. Despite experiencing homelessness and lacking a permanent home, he continued to serve tirelessly. He volunteered at various places, sharing his story and insights to inspire and uplift others.
For Mister Woods, mentoring youth is more than a duty; it's a heartfelt vocation. He has devoted himself to this work, not for personal gain but to offer high-risk youths alternatives to violence and incarceration. We strive to instill hope, provide guidance, and unlock their potential, aiming to dismantle the barriers to their success and pave the way for a fulfilling life of purpose and accomplishment.
