100 Days to Greatness Buffini Course

When I decided to take the course in May 2022, I was completely on the fence. I mean, I don’t have a SOI. The current marketing that I do is on social media, that’s my SOI….but I was getting 0 action. So, I walked into the program thinking “what do I have to lose?” I mean, I am a new agent, and I am full time, I need help.
Well, I am SO happy that I did! I finally found enjoyment in the process. Yes, it’s a lot of work. Yes, you need focus, time, and motivation. It’s worth it! I have learned so much through the program, and absolutely love the accountability piece. I love the structure.
Most of all, I figured out that I DO HAVE A SOI! I get texts and calls all the time now from my SOI (or what I like to now call, my Sphere of Dominance) thanking me for the Personal Notes, the emails, the invitations to coffee/lunch/ HH. AND GUESS WHAT?! I have had 3 people under contract, from my Sphere within the amount of time of being in the program.
I will keep up these newfound habits and am so thankful that I took this course, as it not only required me to connect on a more personal level but helped me find enjoyment in the tasks that I need to be beneficial to my sphere.
