You can't just throw it on MLS and see what sticks anymore. Dont listen to the doomsayers and stay positive. Provide these stats to your clients who think that they missed the boat.

5. Why business planning works (especially in this climate of change, we need to go back to the basics and do things other brokerages are not)-

If you don't have a plan, it's like driving a car with no direction. You may get there eventually, but it'll take longer.

You need to get the message out that now in this balanced market is THE TIME TO SELL before rates continue to go up and there is still not too much inventory.

This is also the TIME TO BUY. The rates as you'll hear from Andy have taken a bit of a lul and they no longer have the crazy offers above asking. You need to get the message out to buyers who are on the sidelines about how THIS IS THE TIME THEY'VE BEEN WAITING FOR. The message you need to get out is clear, now you just need to plan HOW you are going to reach your target audience.
