Using the annotations with Lumio causes a conflict within the Lumio program and the actual Smart Tablet. Please take a look at this video to switch the Lumio Annotations to off.

The APPS Library is the the Icon on the panel that looks like a rubrics cube. The apps in the Library have been APPROVED by Unit 5 for staff use on the board. If there is an app you would like to use, then you will have to put in a Helpdesk ticket.

Drag the Slides app out of the Apps Library
Open it and select the slide deck you want to use.
You can open it in slides, or as a Lumio file. I would suggest playing with this to see what you like. Lumio will allow you to integrate additional integrative activities within your presentation and you can share it out with students for guided presentations and individual student tasks/activities.

Need a Webcam attached to the board in order to use the camera feature on Meet.
Create the Meet calendar invite before opening up Meet App.
TEST everything before the day of the presentation.
Teacher should join the Meet in Companion Mode on Laptop.
This shuts off the computer mic and sound so there is no feedback, but the presenter can see the class and teacher.
