Personalize Home Screen Documentation

Setup up your Wallpaper for your home screen and lock screen.  Remember this is just like your phone, you may have different pictures for each and you may upload your own pictures as well. 

Widgets, Recents & Favorites 

Widgets allow you to customize your Home Screen and place shortcuts on your panel dashboard.  Widgets are downloaded from the Widget Library. 

The Google Play Store where APPs are downloaded is locked for teachers.  If there is an app a teacher would like to have downloaded, then a helpdesk ticket is required and the district will push it out to the APPS Library.  Once downloaded, you can move it onto your home dashboard of your panel.  Remember this will have to be done, on each board you teach with.

Understanding the Files Library Documentation

The Files Library is where you will find your folders to your Lumio and Google Drive as well as files that have been saved locally on the board.  You will learn how to access those files via the board and move files from the local drives such as screen shots, and whiteboard, and screen recordings to your Lumio or Google Drive.
