Now that we have had a bit of exposure to some of the technology that we have here at UNIS, let's try to use some!

First, let's place a Kahoot! to learn more about your technology coach, Mr. Davis.

Now that you have seen a Kahoot!, let's create your own introduction quiz!

Fill in this Google Form to help generate ideas for your Kahoot! We will watch the video together.
Now that you have a few ideas of general questions, let's create your own Kahoot!. Go to create.kahoot.com and register for a new student account.
Use your UNIS Hanoi Google account to register. Make a username that does not have your last name in it.
Once logged in, create your new Kahoot! with 5 questions about yourself that you think would be interesting for others to know. This information will be shared with others so make sure the answers to your questions only include personal, not private, information...
Once you are finished, let your teacher know and we can play your Kahoot!

Veracross is where all of your lesson plans for each class are posted. If you are out of school for any reason, you should be able to look at those lesson plans to understand what is being done in the course and if there are any tasks that are due.

Some of your teachers also use Seesaw Learning Journal to document your progress in class. Let's practice turning items in to both platforms to archive our first task.

Let's check out the Technology Orientation tutorials on Veracross that will help you understand how to turn in Assignments.
Your first assignment should already be listed on the Venture (HB for Scholars) so click on the submit assignment button to find it.
The task is to share your Kahoot URL, so let's go back to create.kahoot.it and click on My Kahoots
Click Play and then copy the URL
Go to Veracross and click the green Submit Assignments button
Open the Dropbox for our Venture course and paste the URL of your introduction Quiz. Hit Submit!

Go to the Student Schedule Overview on Veracross and click on your schedule.

Join the Venture Scholars course: BGFK PBRO
Upload your Schedule to the first assignment.
Open up your UNIS Gmail and compose a new email to your parents. CC your instructor (bdavis@unishanoi.org). Copy and paste this email and send...
