Spotlight on Physics
On Friday, May 16th, the workshop Spotlight on Physics took place, a special event held in celebration of the International Day of Light, organized in collaboration with the Italian Physical Society (SIF) and Italian Society of Optics and Photonics (SIOF).
The event has been entirely coordinated by the amazing Electronic Nanodevices team!
The workshop brought together researchers and PhD students, who shared cutting-edge insights and developments in light-related scientific research with undergraduate physics students.
Francesco Giovinetti, a Ph.D. student from the University of Naples Federico II, received the Best Talk Award among PhD candidates for the quality and clarity of his presentation.
A heartfelt thank you to Dr. Mario Giuseppe Guarcello, Dr. Giovanni Landi, and all the invited speakers, as well as to all participants and to the Department of Physics "E. R. Caianiello", whose support made this day of knowledge-sharing and collaboration possible.
