Multi-agent systems

Started in the last few years, the study of multi-agent / multi-domain systems has been conducted through the development of advanced analytical models that have been verified numerically and/or experimentally. Applications include (i) the design of satellite formations stable under the effects of the gravitational perturbations, implemented through canonical transformations, (ii) the implementation novel techniques for rapid determination of optimal information routing in satellite networks, combining sterographic projection, Markov decision process design and digraph theory, and (iii) the extension through tensor algebra of the Kalman filter and Linear Quadratic Gaussian control for their application on multi-sensor and multi-agent/target/domain scenarios.
