The Department DiSSTE at Università del Piemonte Orientale invites applications for a full-time postdoc position in the field of mathematical analysis, in particular perturbation problems for differential and integral operators and their spectrum. The Unit P.I. is Davide Buoso.

The title of the research is "Questioni perturbative ed asintotiche per operatori differenziali ellittici".

The position is for 1 year and it is funded by the PRIN project "Perturbation problems and asymptotics for elliptic differential equations: variational and potential theoretic methods".

The ideal candidate is expected to have a solid background in one of the topics of the project, including but not limited to: spectral theory, asymptotic analysis, potential theory, geometric analysis on Riemannian manifolds, calculus of variations.

The title of the research is "Spectral Geometry of PDEs in the context of Riemannian manifolds".
