Valentina has extensive experience in aviation safety, particularly in the implementation and sustainment of Safety Management System (SMS), the investigation of safety-related events, and as technical trainer for Human Factor courses across aeronautical organizations. She has also gained expertise in Compliance Management Systems e Health Safety Environment (HSE) Management, applied to aviation, helicopters sector, HEMS/SAR and offshore operation for Oil & Gas Organization.

Since 2021, she has been part of the Accident Investigation Team at Leonardo Helicopters, focusing on analyzing major events involving Company’s fleet. Additionally, she has been actively involved in the introduction and deployment of the SMS within the Design Organization, working as Safety Specialist supporting the Safety Manager.

• Investigation of accident and serious incident that involved Leonardo Helicopters

• Involvement in Safety Management System deployment within LH Design Organization

• Development of training activities on technical investigations, Safety Management System and Human Factors analysis

• Support for workshop and actvities focused on improving Corporate Safety Culture
