Paolo is the manager of ‘Powerplant, APU & Landing Gears Engineering’ at Atitech SpA - Fiumicino Maintenance Facility. He leads the team and the office activities to ensure the issuing in an economical and effectiveness manner of all the relevant engineering data, instructions, documentations and to delivery all the requested technical support from the MRO and from all customer’s CAMOs.
Graduated in Engineering, high professionality and demonstrated experience in AERONAUTICAL/MECHANICAL MAINTENANCE across many different positions and roles, from TECHNICAL and PRODUCTION contests to PROCUREMENT, COMMERCIAL and CONTRACTUAL MANAGEMENT in Alitalia Engineering & Maintenance division.
The sum of different work experiences accrued in Alitalia, characterizes his career path allowing to be a multi-skilled manager able to efficiently mix a strong technical background with a consolidated commercial experience in the management of company strategic projects and different operational scenarios.
Its experience, managerial knowhow and proactivity/pragmatism in evaluation & decisional process are strongly appreciated from the company top management that takes in due account the Paolo’s contribution to understand in advance the consequences of the different choices and to pre-assess these with aim to achieve the best results.
Thanks to its MRO business experience, dynamicity, flexibility and innovation, Paolo is an ‘hands-on maintenance man’ actively participating to the organization and the deployment of its company core business: Aircrafts Maintenance!
