Carlo Eugenio Peronti is the Safety & Security Manager for Malta Air and Lauda Europe (Ryanair Group), where he oversees the safety management system for flight and cabin operations, engineering, and ground operations. His role involves developing risk management processes, safety investigations, and maintaining a robust security program. Carlo liaises closely with state and aviation authorities to ensure regulatory compliance and continuous improvement of safety standards. With a background as a Compliance Monitoring Manager and experience in auditing, CAMO engineering, and Part 145 maintenance, Carlo brings extensive expertise in aviation safety management system and compliance monitoring. He holds a master’s degree in aeronautical engineering from Sapienza University in Rome.
