I am an applied economist and policy scientist. My research examines how shocks and policies shape socioeconomic outcomes. Methodologically, my current work focuses on predictive and causal machine learning techniques for ex ante targeting and ex post evaluation with observational panel data, alongside more traditional econometric approaches.
