PERSONAL RESEARCH LINKS:
I am an applied economist and policy scientist. My research examines how interventions, shocks, and policies shape socioeconomic outcomes, with the aim of informing evidence-based decision-making.
Methodologically, my work focuses on predictive and causal machine learning techniques for program targeting and evaluation using observational panel data, alongside more traditional econometric approaches.
