2013 (1 month) - Visiting Researcher. Collaboration with prof. John Dugan, Loyola University Chicago School of Education, involving the investigation of the impact of Higher Education on the development of student leadership.
2009 to 2010 - Customized programs coordinator. I organized and managed customized programs with the Roman Entrepreneurial Training Institute (IRFI) for recent immigrants to Italy, to help to their professional adjustment.
CURRICULUM STUDIORUM
2012 to 2015 - Doctoral Student in Education – Roma Tre University (Rome, Italy). My research examined the influence of the educational context on the value-based leadership model of the secondary school students.
2010 to 2011 - Master's degree in Education (110/110 cum laude) from La Sapienza University (Rome, Italy). My final thesis is the culmination of an exploratory research project on students’ learning strategies.
