How to apply

STEP 1 - Register to the Infostud website

Once your registration has been completed, you will receive a registration number and a password to access Infostud. Click on Profilo, then Titoli universitari and complete the academic qualification section of your profile. 

PLEASE NOTE: A valid email address is required as the password will be sent only to the e-mail address you provided. If you are or have been a Sapienza student in the past, you have the registration number already. If you do not remember your registration number or password, please use the Infostud recovery procedure.

STEP 2 - Fill out the Application Form 

Applicants have to enclose: 

1. a copy of a valid ID (for EU and Italian applicants only) or passport;

2. a copy of academic qualification.

For candidates with a qualification obtained abroad:

3. a copy of academic qualification translated into Italian or English, legalized and accompanied by a Declaration of Value or the CIMEA Statement of comparability or a Diploma Supplement (in case of qualification obtained in the EU);

4. transcript of records.

For students with disabilities recognized under art. 3, par. 1 and 3 of the law 104/92 and/or students with recognized disability equal or greater than 66%:

5. copy of disability certificate with percentage of disability or recognition of handicap pursuant to art. 3, par. 1 and 3 of the law of 5 February 1992, n. 104 (for further information, please phone 800-410960). Moreover, a copy of the disability certificate must be sent to the Office for Physical and Learning Disabilities (email address: sportellodisabili@uniroma1.it) and to altaformazione@uniroma1.it.

STEP 3 - Send the signed application form to 

summerschoolculturalheritage.lcm@uniroma1.it

The deadline for submitting the application is 7 February 2024. 

Admitted students will be notified by email on 15 February 2024. Students will then be able to enroll in the School and pay the tuition fees.
