Staff raffmobility week for administrative staff at faculties/departments of CIVIS universities to meet in person, share procedures, good practices, solve problems fine tune management of student mobilities etc. Each participant should present to colleagues the procedures underlying the implementation of student mobility with CIVIS partners in his/her university, difficulties encountered, and proposal for improvement. A session should be dedicated to practicalities of mobility within multiple degrees which will be implemented in the future academic years, in order to compare approaches in the different universities. Finally, meetings at specific faculties should also be organised to allow for comparison of academic offers and course catalogues.
The program is aimed at Civis administrative staff with interest in benchmarking of practice and networking with colleagues.
The language of communication is English.
