Registration is now open!
Please register by May 31st (early bird) at this link:
Registration fee for the meeting is 150€. Reduced fee of 100€ for Students, PhD students and young researchers (Post-Doc and unaffiliated researchers). Registration fees are VAT22% included.
Registration is due for all participants (both presenters and attendees only).
Registration payment is due May 31st, 2022. Payment is possible by credit card or bank transfer.
After May 31st, 2022, registration fees are increased by 50€.
CANCELLATION POLICY
80% refund for cancellations by June 30th, 2022
50% refund for cancellations by July 31st, 2022
After July 31st, the registration fee is not refundable but substitutions are always accepted.
The meeting fee covers access to technical sessions, coffee breaks, buffet lunches on 7-8-9 September.
Social dinner on September 8th is not included in the fee: it can be bought (during registration process or after) at an extra cost of € 40.
Accompanying persons fee: €100 (it includes coffee breaks and lunches, dinner can be bought at an extra fee of 40€).

Option 2: Afternoon, half day - Pinacoteca di Brera - 40€
Option 3: All day, Certosa di Pavia + Pinacoteca di Brera - 100€
Minimum number of participants for options 1 and 3: 10 people

Schedule
Option 1: departure in the morning by coach to Certosa di Pavia - guided tour from 9.30 am to 11.30 am - return to Pavia by coach
Option 2: departure from Pavia by train - guided visit to the Pinacoteca di Brera (exact time will be available in the next few weeks) - return to Pavia by train (train included)
Option 3: departure in the morning by coach to Certosa di Pavia - guided tour from 9.30 am to 11.30 am - train to Milano (free time for lunch) - guided visit to the Pinacoteca di Brera (exact time will be available in the next few weeks) - return to Pavia by train (train included)
