The International Spring Workshop in Computational Mathematics, Statistics and Machine Learning is organized by the Faculty Board of the International PhD in Computational Mathematics and Decision Sciences, a joint research PhD program between the Università di Pavia and Università della Svizzera Italiana. Due to the ongoing health emergency, the workshop this year will be held online.

The Spring Workshop is designed for PhD students, and advanced MSc graduates / final-year students interested in pursuing doctoral studies in Computational Mathematics, Decision Sciences, Machine Learning, Statistics and related areas. The workshop is intended also for postdocs, academics, members of institutions in the field of mathematics and statistics interested in meeting researchers from different research fields, with the belief that the contamination of knowledge can lead to collaborative networks of experts and to a fruitful ground for research and innovation.
