Common Sense Media does not currently have TK curriculum, however, we came up with some simple lesson ideas to get your students talking about safety when using technology. These are just a few ideas. You know your students best and can come up with any mini-lesson to have students use technology safely.

- Watch Child Focus ‘E-Safety’ video and have a conversation about asking an adult if you're unsure about something that pops up on a screen.

- Have a conversation about proper iPad use in the classroom.
- Watch Goodnight iPad or read the picture book and have a discussion about using technology.

- If you class is using Seesaw to share student work, have a conversation about using the app appropriately and only posting work to their name. Help students problem solve what they should do if they accidentally share their work under a different name.
- Have a conversation about how Seesaw works and who sees the work once it is posted. How do you respect other people's work online?
