Who are we?

Northern Parkway’s Parent Teacher Association (PTA) is here to serve our children, our families and our staff to ensure that all needs are met in the attempts to strive for success and attain results. We strive to ensure that every student and parent receives the proper representation needed to make them feel comfortable, heard and safe while creating spaces that allow our children to learn and receive exposure to new learning tools and ideas while teaching them how to be responsible, respectful and caring scholars.

Joining our school’s PTA program is not only a great way to be involved with the school, it allows your children to make friends with students they may have never had the opportunity to get to know, it allows you to see how involved your school’s staff is with the children and allows your child to make connections with faculty and staff that they may not have access to yet. It is also a good place for parents to meet one another and share ideas while having the ability to give input and aid in creating activities and fundraisers for our children to help each child gain experience in areas that they may not be exposed to (whether it be school trips, after school programs or PTA sponsored events).

Your school’s PTA is essentially your little one’s direct link to ensuring that they have the best school year possible. Meetings are NOT mandatory, although we do encourage all PTA parents to attend when possible because events are always more fun with all the parents involved, but again, are not required. We know that you have priorities outside of school functions, and we understand being tired after a long day of work… we all share similar feelings as parents but for those parents working 40+ hours a week that may not be able to spend much time with your child these moments and these events might mean the world to your children.

On behalf of the Northern Parkway Parent Teacher's Association, it is our pleasure to welcome you to our wonderful community and we are looking forward to a great year filled with fantastic events while supporting our kids and teachers so they can continue or attain excellence in education.

Quienes somos?

La Asociación de padres y maestros de Northern Parkway (PTA) está aquí para servir a nuestros niños, nuestras familias y nuestro personal para asegurar que todas las necesidades se cumplen en los intentos de luchar por el éxito y lograr resultados. Nos esforzamos por asegurar que cada estudiante y padre reciba la representación apropiada necesaria para hacer que se sientan cómodos, oídos y seguros mientras crean espacios que permitan a nuestros niños aprender y recibir la exposición a nuevas herramientas de aprendizaje e ideas mientras les enseñan Cómo ser eruditos responsables, respetuosos y cariñosos.

Unirse a nuestro programa de PTA de la escuela no es sólo una gran manera de estar involucrado con la escuela, le permite a sus hijos hacer amigos con los estudiantes que nunca han tenido la oportunidad de conocer, que le permite ver cómo el personal de su escuela es con los niños y permite a su hijo a hacer conexiones con la Facultad y s Taff a los que no pueden tener acceso todavía. También es un buen lugar para que los padres se conozcan y compartan ideas mientras tengan la capacidad de dar información y ayuda en la creación de actividades y recaudación de fondos para que nuestros niños ayuden a cada niño a ganar experiencia en áreas a las que no se les puede exponer (ya sea la escuela t desgarra, programas después de la escuela o eventos patrocinados por la PTA).

El PTA de su escuela es esencialmente el enlace directo de su pequeño para asegurar que tengan el mejor año escolar posible. Las reuniones no son obligatorias, aunque animamos a todos los padres de la PTA a asistir cuando sea posible porque los eventos son siempre más divertidos con todos los padres involucrados, pero de nuevo, no son requeridos. Sabemos que tienes prioridades fuera de las funciones de la escuela, y entendemos estar cansados después de un largo día de trabajo... todos compartimos Feelings similares como padres, pero para aquellos padres que trabajan más de 40 horas a la semana que puede no ser capaz de pasar mucho tiempo con su hijo estos momentos y estos eventos podrían significar la mundo a sus hijos.

En nombre de la Asociación del maestro de padres del Northern Parkway, es un placer darle la bienvenida a nuestra comunidad maravillosa y estamos mirando adelante a un gran año lleno de acontecimientos fantásticos mientras que apoya a nuestros cabritos y profesores para que puedan continuar o alcanzar excelencia en la educación.
