Punctuality and Attendance

California Avenue School's instructional hours are 8:40 am-3:25 pm. All students are required to log in by 8:40 a.m. for morning meeting via Google Meet. If a student is not present for morning meeting, they will be marked absent. If a child logs on after attendance has been taken, they will be considered late for school. Students should have all of their learning materials and should be prepared for the school day. If your child is going to be absent, please notify your child's teacher via email.

All students are required to attend all live sessions for each subject area. If a student does not arrive to their virtual class on time, they will be marked late. If a student does not attend their virtual class, they will be marked absent.
